London School of Economics, London, 18 February 2016
I gave a seminar as part of the Policy in Practice series for the Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
The seminar focused on the link between policy delivery and large transformation programmes that are increasingly enabled by technology. The discussion prompted detailed questions from students on how strategy translates into delivery at scale.
The Master of Public Administration is a two-year degree for early-career professionals in public policy, equipping them with analytical skills, practical tools and professional experience.
The session was introduced by visiting professor Paul Kirby, former Head of the Number 10 Policy Unit and a senior leader in public services reform. He is now a founder and managing partner of Zinc.
