Major Projects Association: Transformation programmes in government

I spoke at this event chaired by Tony Meggs, Chief Executive of the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA), which oversaw the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP).

Much of the discussion at the time focused on improving the capability and experience of project leaders, and on the IPA’s role in professionalising project delivery.

The Major Projects Association, which facilitates discussion on project leadership and global trends, was keen to examine the increasing role of digital in delivering the government’s transformation portfolio.
